The NOWMADE story was born from a bold conviction: the world’s most iconic cities should belong to those who want to build from them, not just visit them.
The goal was clear. Create an environment where ambition is the only passport, and the city is never the obstacle, only the launchpad. A new generation ecosystem for founders, creators and nomads who want to live differently.

FIRST OPENING
In Q4 2024, NOWMADE opened its first space in Dubai’s Jumeirah Beach Residence: a villa transformed into premium capsule living, fully self funded.
Under one roof, it brought living, working and community together for founders, creators and nomads from around the world. The model worked from the first months, with strong occupancy and a real community taking shape.
This first space was never the goal. It was the proof: a working model that confirmed both the strength of the concept and the demand for a new approach to hospitality, built for the next generation.
STRATEGIC EXPANSION
Through 2025, NOWMADE focused on proving and refining its model with its first space in Dubai. Over its first months, the concept validated its core assumptions: strong occupancy, a loyal community and a clear product fit, all achieved fully self funded.
Rather than rushing to scale, NOWMADE used this phase to build solid foundations: the brand, the operations and the playbook that would make future openings repeatable.
With the model proven, the groundwork was set for the next phase: new spaces in Dubai and the brand’s first international project.
SCALING THE MODEL
2026 marks NOWMADE’s growth phase. With the model validated, the focus shifts to disciplined expansion: new spaces in Dubai, a first international project in Marrakech, and the launch of the Smart Membership to extend the ecosystem beyond physical locations.
This phase also opens NOWMADE’s first investor round, bringing in strategic partners to support the next stage of growth. The foundations are in place, and expansion continues on the same principle that built the brand: community over scale
THE AMBITION
By 2036, NOWMADE aims to become a global ecosystem for the people building the future, present across several continents with 5 to 15 spaces and more than 2,000 beds. Each year, over 100,000 people will live, work and create within the ecosystem, connected as one community across the world’s most iconic cities. The ambition stays true to day one: making ambition the only passport.
