A whole generation of founders, creators and freelancers wants to be there, but keeps hitting the same wall: pay premium prices they can’t sustain, or settle for lonely, fragmented stays that kill their momentum.
NOWMADE was born to break that trade-off.
Not a hostel. Not a hotel. A hybrid hotel built for builders. Born in Dubai in 2024, NOWMADE brings everything this generation needs under one roof: a place to live, work, train, create and connect, turning five separate subscriptions into one seamless, accessible premium experience.
Here, you don’t just book a bed. You step into an ecosystem of beautifully designed capsules and private rooms, coworking and focus spaces, wellness, content studios, and a community of ambitious people moving in the same direction. Because your environment should never be the obstacle, only the launchpad.

Founder and CEO
THE FOUNDER
Amin, the founder of NOWMADE, is an entrepreneur who opened his first property in Dubai at 28. After seven years in short-term rentals, sub-leasing and managing more than 20 properties across Europe, he decided to take everything he had learned and build it in the UAE. There he saw the same problem he had lived himself: cities that felt out of reach, not because of what they offer, but because city life has become a pile of stacked subscriptions. Rent, bills, wifi, gym, cleaning, all separate.Amin wants to remove them and put it all back into one seamless ecosystem. Instead of accepting that reality, he set out to change it: with limited means, he invested everything into building the answer. That’s why he opened the first hybrid hotel himself, with no outside capital, running pricing, operations and guest experience hands-on, and reinvesting everything back into the business. In its first year alone, that property hosted more than 12,000 guests at over 75% occupancy, with more than 500 five-star reviews.That sacrifice was never about building a business. It was about a vision he believed in enough to risk everything for.
Where we are today
NOWMADE opened its first location in November 2024: Cosy Hills, a 650 m² villa in Jumeirah Beach Residence, just 100 meters from the beach and the iconic JBR Walk, transformed into 36 premium capsule beds with shared spaces, a garden courtyard and a coworking area built for podcasts and content creation. It launched with no external capital, entirely on the founder’s own resources.
In its first 16 months, NOWMADE welcomed thousands of guests, booked over 12,000 nights, and earned Guest Favorite status with a rating of 4.87 stars across more than 500 reviews. What began as one person’s bet is now living proof that premium and accessible can exist under the same roof.

2025
THE CAPSULE IS THE PRODUCT
The model proved itself. Strong occupancy and consistently top guest ratings confirmed what we believed from the start: there is real demand for hospitality that does more than house people. Building on that validation, we developed the new NOWMADE capsule , a full redesign of the product at the heart of the experience, engineered for deeper sleep, greater privacy and a build quality that scales across every future location.
2024
the Concept and FIRST OPENING IN DUBAI
NOWMADE was born from a simple idea: to make iconic cities accessible to those who dream of living them, not just visiting them . A place where ambition meets comfort, and where design, community and accessibility come together. In Q4 2024, we opened our first hybrid hotel in Dubai’s Jumeirah Beach Residence, welcoming digital nomads, creatives and entrepreneurs from around the world into far more than accommodation: a living ecosystem where they connect, collaborate and grow. Blending comfort, creativity, productivity and inclusivity, it quickly became a destination for modern travelers seeking more than a room.
2026
Strategic Expansion
2026 opens a new phase of growth. A new investor round is open, with strategic investors onboarding to back the next chapter, while we source and negotiate our first Moroccan project in Marrakech. In the second half of the year, we aim to open there our first location outside the UAE, and our second continent. We also plan to launch NOWMADE membership: daily and monthly passes that give access to our coworking spaces.
